Beit Zuri is an urban renewal project in the heart of the Ramat Aviv neighborhood in Tel Aviv, involving the demolition of two 1970s buildings and the construction of two 17-story residential towers alongside a 3-story low-rise building. The complex spans a lot of approximately 3 dunams and will include a total of 116 new residential units.

The project is located between Katznelson Park to the west and a neighborhood park to the east, with direct connections to green pathways and main transportation routes.
The architectural design focuses on integrating the complex into the existing urban fabric by aligning the building along Bukshpan Street. The entrance to the shared parking is covered to reduce noise disturbance, and the building corners are rounded for a softer appearance, with laundry screens incorporated into the overall design.

Through a combination of contemporary design, high-quality landscaping and improved interaction with the public realm, Beit Zuri is set to provide residents with a high quality of life while contributing to the neighborhood’s urban renewal in Ramat Aviv.
