Between Anski, Amsterdam and Kaplan streets in Petah Tikva, north of the Education Campus and close to Beilinson Hospital and the metro line, an urban residential complex will be built as part of an urban renewal project, comprising 970 housing units and incorporating commercial areas, public building and open spaces.
8 new residential buildings will be erected in place of the 12 existing buildings to create a beautiful and modern neighborhood complex, in which public institutions and open spaces will be integrated, roads will be widened and new paths will be created.
