Located on the outskirts of Bucharest, this high-end residential project breathes new life into its immediate urban environment.
Anador Residence is comprised of three 27-storey buildings with 540 apartments that encircle a large inner garden, and is attached to a small commercial center. To soften the volume of the orthogonal shapes, the design makes use of beams which surround the buildings, creating cylinders and a striped effect, unique balconies, and the secondary rhythm that enriches the play of light and shade.
The project, in a neighborhood of 10-storey buildings designed in the common Eastern European Block style, will be a notable addition and a new focus point in the city.
