At the corner of Derech Hashalom and Derech HaTaisim streets, next to the park and on main transportation arteries, this subsidized housing project for disabled Tel Aviv residents with disabilities, was built between two existing buildings, and integrates into their texture.
The project covers 11 floors in the new wing that include an addition of 181 units to the existing ones, totaling 290 units. The building "hovers" over existing buildings and connects to them while creating a new wing with a new façade, using materials such as P.H.L plaster, glass, metal and aluminum louvers.
Amigur's flagship project is among the few in the city that has received approval to maximize the number of units and supply to the needy, as well as combine NPA 38 B' rights and the rights of an existing urban building scheme.
