Centrally located with a panoramic view of the city, ocean and surrounding a large open park, this mixed-use 30-story tower will be one of 14 buildings in this large complex that will rejuvenate this area west of the Ayalon Highway.
Being part of the Yitzak Sadeh complex, this project is planned to include different types of residential units, a 200- room urban hotel as well as commercial and public areas where all systems coexist in sync with all uses. Materials such as white concrete or white aluminum beams and large expanses of windows will be used.
A white tower, emulating in its shape the motion and movement of the ocean waves so characteristic of the city of Tel Aviv, will no doubt stand out in its unique form and serene beauty.
