AFI Skyline is a luxury project in the heart of Belgrade, Serbia and comprises two residential towers and an office tower.
The complex combines innovative architecture with a refined living experience in a developing urban environment.
The project’s design language is based on a soft, elegant, and iconic aesthetic, with an emphasis on natural materials and high-quality finishes. The lobby walls are clad in textured white GRC profiles, combined with backlighting that creates a curtain effect floating around the entire perimeter, a look that projects outward and forms a sculptural visual presence.
The lobby floor is paved with veined natural stone in a dramatic finish, while the seating areas feature designer furniture alongside original artworks.
Each tower includes a luxurious lobby, a resident’s lounge for hosting and meetings, a private gym, and a spacious underground parking garage. The interior design is meticulously integrated with the towers' overall architectural concept, which is based on curved geometry, transparency, and layered textures that create a sense of enveloping softness in the public spaces.
