Edgar HUB Tower in Petah Tikva rises 38 stories high in the Kiryat Aryeh business district, adjacent to the Direct Insurance Tower and the main traffic artery, Highway 4. This advanced office project is designed to serve as a landmark at the city’s entrance, as part of a comprehensive plan for urban renewal and increased building rights in the area.

The tower is being constructed in phases, with full completion expected by 2027. The design process addresses complex planning challenges, including integrating a 9 megawatt data center within the office building, complying with national infrastructure requirements for the expansion of Highway 4, coordinating with a nearby light rail station, ensuring connectivity to the urban fabric and a promenade being developed by the municipality along Highway 4, in addition, the design process includes managing high groundwater levels and adapting the construction to allow phased occupancy and system operations without disrupting existing functions.

The building’s design draws inspiration from origami geometry, creating a modern architectural tribute to the adjacent tower, also designed by our firm for the same developer, while striving for continuity but also innovation. The integration of advanced functions such as the data center, iconic façade, and excellent transportation connectivity position Edgar HUB as a cutting-edge, high-profile hub within Petah Tikva’s rapidly evolving business district.
