This project is located in the renewable area of "The Kiriya Academic" in Petah Tikva, near a new university in the planning. It includes two residential and commercial towers in the corner of the Kiriya, one of 27 floors and 110 units and the other with 20 floors and 83 units. The construction above ground totals 30,000 sqm. and below ground 17,500 sqm. There are three underground parking levels including residential and commercial parking and an unloading and loading area.
By locating the taller tower back from the Yitzhak Rabin and Dragner intersection an urban square was created with a central entry point. This square is connected via a pedestrian crossing to the area of the central green boulevard of the complex.
The local policy plan specifies incentives and guidelines for issuing a new zoning ordinance, and prefers an urban mix that includes penthouses, garden apartments, and commercial floors. The design challenge was to integrate tiered housing units into the design of the building above the commercial floors, that integrates uniformly with the existing environment.
The construction was carried out using the Baranowitz method for exterior cladding, using materials such as stone, composite materials and aluminum.
