Korazin Givatayim is a significant urban project located within the business complex of southern Givatayim, representing the transformation of a former industrial area into a vibrant, contemporary environment that integrates business and residential uses.

The complex extends over approximately 4.6 dunams and consists of two towers of different heights rising above a prominent commercial podium and six underground levels. The project is developed in collaboration between two developers, Even Hashoham Group and Blue Square Real Estate Ltd, and incorporates a diverse mix of office, retail, public, and residential spaces. The buildings are organized around a green urban plaza, featuring active frontages, open public spaces, and high pedestrian accessibility.

The architectural design emphasizes the combination of a strong horizontal podium and towers with triangular geometry, creating a dynamic silhouette and a distinctive identity for the complex. The building envelope combines aluminum cladding in varying forms with energy-efficient Low-E glazing, integrated spatial shading elements, and a two-story modulation that accentuates the verticality of the towers. The project addresses complex planning constraints, including limited site area and underground easements, while maintaining an efficient core design suitable for a multi-use building.
Korazin Givatayim serves as a key catalyst in the area’s development, redefining the southern skyline of Givatayim through a synthesis of sustainability, advanced architecture, and contemporary urban quality.
