Sky Tower Tel Aviv

Location: Israel, Tel Aviv
Status: Completed in 2022
Size: 8,000 sq.m
Client: Urban Real Estate

The Sky Tower Lobby, completed in 2022, is located at the intersection of HaMasger and Yitzhak Sadeh streets in Tel Aviv. The building is part of a new business complex comprising 14 towers within a comprehensive master plan.

The lobby's interior design spans approximately 8,000 sqm. and is based on dramatic proportions, featuring a particularly tall and narrow space. The key design focus was to emphasize the building’s entrance from the main street, even though it faces the park. A standout element in the project is the folding Corten ceiling, designed as a tribute to a vertical architectural sculpture, featuring unique perforation and lighting treatments that create a glowing lace-like effect visible also to passersby.
The contrast between massive materiality and refined elements gives the space a powerful and unforgettable presence. The design language incorporates concrete cladding, stainless steel, terrazzo flooring, and a reception desk resembling folded black metal, all tied to the concept of a tall, modern urban tower.

The composition of materials, light, and proportions creates an extraordinary entry experience to a Tel Aviv office tower. This lobby is far more than a functional passageway; it is a meeting point between structure and aesthetics, between public space and a bold, clear design statement.
