KAI-MA is a residential project located at the northern entrance to Or Yehuda, within a redevelopment zone involving demolition and reconstruction, set to add 656 new residential units in 17-story buildings.
The project features eight residential buildings arranged around a shared courtyard, with access paths connecting to a municipal park to the north and the surrounding streets.
Along the streets, commercial spaces, building lobbies, and residents’ clubs are planned for each building, with passages leading into the communal courtyard.
Facing the courtyard are shared activity rooms, while the landscaping incorporates playgrounds, an outdoor fitness area, a community garden, and an ecological rainwater collection pool, reflecting a green, environmentally conscious design philosophy.
KAI-MA is more than just a housing project, it is a social and community hub, linking residents with the surrounding established neighborhood and blending meticulous planning, sustainability and high-quality environmental development.
