Atid Towers is an innovative mixed-use project located in the Givat Shaul neighborhood of Jerusalem, spanning an area of approximately 13.2 dunams.
The complex combines two 24-story office towers, a mid-rise office building with public uses, and two open lifestyle retail floors above extensive underground parking.
The architectural design is defined by a modern language that blends natural Jerusalem stone with aluminum and glass curtain walls, with the aim of creating a dialogue between the local urban context and a contemporary appearance. The plan connects Kanfei Nesharim Street with Beit Ha-Defus Street by means of stairways and escalators and features a spacious public square, landscaped areas and an active commercial frontage.
The surrounding landscaping integrates seamlessly with the urban fabric and encourages accessibility and connectivity to the light rail station. The project complies with green building standards and incorporates complex engineering solutions to address topography, operations and large-scale façade cladding.
Atid Towers is set to become an iconic landmark in Israel’s capital, merging retail, offices, public functions and light industry, thereby redefining the urban experience in Jerusalem.
