Masterpiece Bavli is a luxury residential tower in Tel Aviv, featuring 247 apartments above a lobby level and an amenity floor that includes a spa, residents’ club and a swimming pool surrounding a sunken courtyard. The tower offers spacious apartments with large terraces overlooking either an internal park or a sea view.
The architectural design incorporates curtain walls with vertical shading fins set at varying angles, creating a dynamic façade. The building’s structural columns project outward, integrating with the rhythm of the exterior while freeing up the interior layout. The inner park, shared by the six towers of the complex and a public building, serves as a central green spine with pathways connecting the streets to the historic neighborhood. Three underground parking levels are linked to the other towers’ garages through a shared service road, and the site also includes a public building as part of municipal requirements.
