MYS’s Management Team is the main reason for the company’s smooth functioning. The team’s principle aim is to allow each person to focus on architectural design without interference, while the logistics and administration are taken care of.
They also offer each and every client, guest and consultant VIP care.

CEO Oleg Malukov holds L.L.B., L.L.M. and M.B.A degrees from the College of Management Academic Studies and he’s a registered Advocate and member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2007.
Aia is MYS Architects' Office Manager. Among her duties is managing and supervising the reception team, responsible for collection and bookkeeping, providing support and services to the firm's workers and greeting incoming guests.
Foryal is the head of Human Resources. She is also in charge of salaries, welfare, accounting, suppliers' payments.
Guy has completed his degree in Business Administration summa cum laude from the Hertzliya IDC in 2010.
Mor joined MYS Architects as a receptionist in 2011 and is responsible for the ongoing management of secretarial duties.
Marina joined MYS Architects as a receptionist in 2011 and is responsible for the ongoing management of secretarial duties.
Korin joined MYS Architects as a receptionist in 2016 and is responsible for the ongoing management of secretarial duties.
