Frishman 46 owes its name to its location at the heart of Tel Aviv and oversees the White City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bauhaus architecture.
This 28-storey tower incorporates the Bauhaus philosophy of a distinguished minimalistic appearance with aesthetic unity and the importance of public spaces. At the same time it is an eco-friendly residential building that corresponds with the future of the city, allowing flexibility and liberty in the design of the exclusive apartments. A low-rise building continues the line of commercial spaces on Dizengoff Street, and an open, public garden was created at the southern entrance to the tower.
While standing tall above its surroundings, Frishman 46 looks like the natural extension of the buildings below and is a unique homage to Tel Aviv's Bauhaus, connecting the city's proud past to its ever-promising future.
